It had a nice view of the water. The staff checked me in with no issues. Breakfast offered many selections. I enjoyed the fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes that they served. I also appreciated the fast checkout process.

The beautiful twin room creek view was a good size for my needs. The room had two separate sinks, which I FOUND convienient. The rainfall shower was also a plus.

The room was a beautiful king room. its size was very generous. i also noted a rainfall shower. It felt amazing!!! the bed was large and quite comfortable, which i loved.
The minibar was empty. It could have offered more variety.

the breakfast buffet offered good quality with many choices. the concierge provided helpful assistance with attraction bookings. i found the travel desk very convenient to book activities at one place.
the mini bar in my room barely worked. i noticed old carpets in the hotel, so it felt outdated.

smiling staff room selection large room good value
The staff was always smiling! they asked if i needed anything or could assist in any way. the door staff helped with route selection and taxis. the rooms were large and clean. Housekeeping cleaned daily. the quality-price ratio seemed very good.
The pillows provided were not comfortable. I requested replacements twice, but the substitutes were equally unsuitable.

My time here was amazing, I must to say. Tabitha was a huge help with check out stuff. The room was very clean, it had very great design and furniture.
The fitness center felt tiny to me and it was often very full. The warm water was slow to arrive on the upper floors, which I did not like. I also noticed the pressure wasn't great for showering.

the staff was very attentive to my needs. the breakfast offered many options. i enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and pastries (the croissants were amazing!).
the gym equipment was a bit dated.
